I guess I’ll start this whole thing off with one of the more exciting happenings of my short time in LA (of which i’m sure most of you are already aware)… Yesterday marked my first time on national network television! smiley faces! cheers! exclamation points!
In case you missed it (though if you’re attached to any type of social media whatsoever, i’m sure you were bombarded with reminders from yours truly… sorry about that by the way..), i scored my first co-star role on NBC’s new show Bent! Watching myself on TV was truly a surreal experience, but the best part for me was realizing how loved i am by all you amazing people. Before the show even aired here on the west coast, I was receiving text messages, emails, and facebook posts from yall back home, giving me enough courage to show my face at the viewing party my LA friends were throwing for me. Man, I feel like the luckiest, most loved girl in the world.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for all your support – yesterday and always. It is by your love that I am here in LA, encouraged to wholeheartedly pursue my dreams. I cannot thank you enough 🙂
