Though it’s still a billion degrees here in LA – a fact I vehemently resent – we’ve officially reached Summer’s end at last. Reflecting back on a busy season of equal parts work and play, I’m flooded with memories. And grateful.
As the days grow ever shorter, my heart yearns for cooler weather to breathe more freely… while simultaneously seizing up at the realization that this year is already making a mad dash for it’s end… Breathe. Here’s a reminder to self (and possibly for you as well) to embrace each fleeting moment and to let go of the anxiety in always getting somewhere. Trust. You will have enough time to do everything you need.
